Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was a person working in C Co., Ltd., and the victims were working in the same company as each Defendant.
1. On September 2016, the Defendant stolen the victim D’s theft by putting the victim’s cash 20,000 won owned by the victim and 100,000 won in the market price where there was gift certificates equivalent to KRW 80,000,00 in the office book of the said company located in the fourth floor of the building in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan E-gu, Seoul, on the books of the office.
2. On October 2016, the Defendant discovered that, at the location described in paragraph (1) of this Article, the victim C, at the time of meeting room, one Samsung Bpp PC (the ownership of the above company) of the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 300,000,00 managed by the victim C, was posted above the meeting room, and that other employees were stolen by putting the gaps in which the surveillance by other employees was neglected.
3. On December 19, 2016, at around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered that a victim was laid down a handbag on the Defendant’s book in the places indicated in paragraph (1) above; (b) discovered the gap without the victim, with one cM wallet and one 400,000 won in cash in the victim’s market price located in other handbags, and one 20,000 won in market price, and one 300,000 won in cash in market price.
4. On November 1, 2016, at around 08:30 on around 08:30 on the victim G, the Defendant discovered a 1 brue brogate in an amount equivalent to KRW 1.280,000,00 in the market price owned by the victim G (n, 37 years of age) who was placed on his/her own books at the places indicated in paragraph (1) around 08:30 on November 1, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victim G with gift certificates equivalent to KRW 1.30,000,000, in cash, owned by the victim and 20,000.
4. On December 12, 2016, the victim H (the 33 years old) was owned by the victim’s victim’s H (the 33 years old) posted on his/her own books at the places indicated in paragraph 1, around 15:00.
