Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff clan is a clan formed by the group of AE, among the descendants of AD who are 14 years of age, the descendants of ABC, who are 17 years of age or older, among the descendants of AD.
B. Defendant B is the descendants of the Plaintiff clan, who are the descendants of the deceased clan (25 years of age, hereinafter “AG”).
The remaining Defendants, other than Defendant B, are descendants of AG who inherited or inherited AG as their own descendants.
The deceased AJ (23 years of age, hereinafter referred to as the "AJ"), and AG died on April 27, 192, and March 17, 1974, respectively.
C. On April 20, 1918, Gambling 5, 7, 7, 5, 7, 7, 5, 7, 7, 7, AF AF forest in Yong-gun, Yong-gun (hereinafter “Yambling 3,406 square meters”) in the name of AG, A, 15, 95, 9, 15, 9, 15, 9, 15, 15, 5, and 1400 square meters of Z land was divided into 1,400 square meters on September 14, 1979 and 287, 1994, Zambling 1,113 square meters in the name of AJ on March 10, 1994, currently the area of Z was divided into Aambling 1,113 square meters in the name of AJ on May 16, 1994.
(C) The land in this case is referred to as "the land in this case" in total after the above division, and each of the land before the land in this case and before the division is referred to as "the lot number" only.
Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Forest Land (amended by Act No. 2111 of May 21, 1969, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).
