1. Defendant B:

A. With respect to the 3,406 square meters of Yannam-gun Yannam-gun, Gwangju District Court, Youngaman-gun, 1971.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiff is a clan formed by the group of AE, the 17-year-old grandchildren, among the descendants of AD, the 14-year-old descendants of ABC.

B. Defendant B is the clan member of the Plaintiff clan.

C. On April 20, 1918, the Plaintiff’s clan was divided into five thousand, five, five, five, five (7,000 square meters of AF AF forest in Yong-gun, Yong-gun (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul-gun, 1918”) in the name of AG (25 years of age), five (15,000 square meters of AH forest, and nine (1,400 square meters of forest land, registration conversion, and 1,400 square meters was divided into two (1,113 years of age) in the name of AJ (23 years of age), and the area of AG forest, one,113 square meters was divided into three,7,000 square meters prior to May 16, 1994, and the AGM was divided into three,7,000 square meters in the name of AJ (23 years of age), and the AGM was divided into three,7,97,000 square meters in the name of AJ (37, 19.

(C) AJ and AG were all the descendants of the Plaintiff clans of the following: (a) “instant land” in total after the above division, and the number of each individual land is specified only when it is called. (b) AJ and AG were all the descendants of the Plaintiff clans.

Defendant B: (a) on the ground of sale on April 18, 1971 with respect to Y, on his own name, filed a registration of ownership transfer No. 8114, which was received on December 20, 1971; (b) with respect to Z on the ground of sale on April 18, 1971, the registration of ownership transfer No. 815, which was received on December 20, 1971; and (c) with respect to YA, the registration of ownership transfer, which was filed on December 4, 1970, with the Youngam registry office of the Gwangju District Court, and the registration of ownership transfer, which was filed on December 4, 1970, respectively.

Each of the above registrations was completed in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Forest Land (Act No. 2111 of May 21, 1969).

E. On January 12, 2017, among the plaintiffs, at the ordinary meeting of the general meeting of shareholders, the termination of the title trust of the land in this case with respect to AJ and AG, the decision to transfer the title to the clan name, and the decision to delegate all the authority for this decision to the board of directors. On January 28, 2017, the board of directors held on January 28, 2017, decided to terminate the title trust of the instant land.
