Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2012, around 21:55, the Defendant took a taxi operated by the victim B in front of the four-month distance in Jung-gu, Daegu, Daegu, and acted as if he would pay the cost of the taxi and moved the said taxi to the front of the Confucian School located in the same Gu.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay taxi expenses.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, did not pay 2,90 won for taxi expenses to the victim, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.
