A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 14:40 on May 20, 2012, the Defendant: (b) committed an act as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the taxi expenses; and (c) took a taxi on a business-use taxi (D) operated by the victim C; and (d) took a taxi on the front day of the “Fma” in E; (b) however, the Defendant expressed the victim who requested the payment of KRW 6,000 to “Chewing kick” and did not pay the taxi fees; and (c) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount by failing to pay the taxi fees.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Intimidation of groups, deadly weapons, etc.) or interference with business;

A. From June 20, 2012 to 16:40 on June 20, 2012, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s over-the-day sales business by putting 5 minutes of 5 minutes poppy to the floor by force, such as: (a) “I am kn't with a kn'tle, kn't with a kn'tle, and kn't with a kn't with a kn't with a kn'tle in hand; and (b) cutting off a kn't with a kn't with a kn't with the kn't with the kn't with the kn't with the kn'tle of the victim’s old store.

B. From 16:40 to 17:20 on the same day, the Defendant continuously expressed to the victim I (the 28-year old-age), “I have been designated to see that I would be able to imprison the Defendant’s act,” and the Defendant expressed to the victim I (the 28-year old-age), “I will imprison the Defendant’s act. I would like to threaten the victim’s body.”

3. The Defendant causing property damage: (a) at the Seongbuk-gu J apartment management office in Changwon-gu, Sungwon-si from around 11:00 on July 14, 2012 to around 11:30, in order to remove concrete facilities installed to prohibit parking; and (b) to remove concrete facilities installed to the above management office, the victim K, who is an employee of the above management office, shall be prohibited from parking in the amount of KRW 125,00 at the market price.
