Punishment of the crime

1. However, in fact, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay food cost, such as there is no money in the water and there is no job income.
As a result, the defendant deceivings the victim by driving as if he would pay food to the victim, and acquired 9,000 won bedb and so forth from the victim.

3. On January 11, 2016, the Defendant, on January 11, 2016, boarded-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, was boarding a taxi operated by the victim J on the taxi platform in front of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and had the victim operate the taxi before the same Sungdong-dong, which is a destination, and did not pay KRW 7,200 of the taxi fee.
