Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Educational Environment Protection Act shall provide juvenile games in an educational environment protection zone to protect the health, sanitation, safety, learning, and educational environment of students;

Nevertheless, from July 2015 to March 27, 2017, the Defendant established and operated a hybrid game which was classified by the committee on water management of the game in front of the apartment apartment building in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Gangwon-do, which is an educational environment protection zone, and operated the juvenile game providing business.

2. A person who intends to run a juvenile game providing business in violation of the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry shall register with the competent authority equipped with the facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The Defendant, without being registered with the competent authority from July 2015 to March 27, 2017, set up and operated a “rbrub flue game” game machine, which was classified by the committee on water management in front of the apartment building in the same military F, in front of the apartment building in the same military F, and run a non-registered juvenile game providing business.
