Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Educational Environment Protection Act shall provide juvenile games in an educational environment protection zone to protect the health, sanitation, safety, learning, and educational environment of students;

Nevertheless, from November 2016 to March 2017, the Defendant installed and operated a "pop-up pop-up game" game machine classified by the committee on water management in front of the Gangseo-gun, the Gangwon-gu, which is an educational environment protection zone, in front of the police officer, and operated the "pop-up game" game.

2. A person who intends to run a juvenile game providing business in violation of the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry shall register with the competent authority equipped with the facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Defendant 1 had established and operated a "pop-up pop-up game" game classified by the Committee on Water Management at the same time and place as Paragraph 1 without being equipped with facilities and without being registered with the competent authorities.
