1. Defendant Ka Pene Co., Ltd. shall be listed in the attached Table of Real Estate from June 5, 2014 to KRW 978,485,259 from the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On September 17, 2012, the Plaintiff, as a lessor, entered into a lease agreement with Defendant East Asian District Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Dong”) with respect to part of the buildings listed in the attached Table (hereinafter “instant building”) on the real estate list (hereinafter “instant building”), specifying the lease deposit amount of KRW 2 billion (hereinafter “the instant lease deposit”) and the lease period from November 15, 2012 to November 14, 2017 as follows (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

[Lease Contract in this case] Article 1 (Lease Contract in this case): 38.80 square meters, 1,206.93 square meters, 1,277.90 square meters, 416.92 square meters, 4,196.92 square meters, 4,196.16 square meters, total area, 71 square meters, 7,486.71 square meters, 2 stories (1,277.90 square meters, 68.61 square meters) and 25 square meters, and 3rd and 1st and upper floors (1,27.90 square meters, 68.61 square meters) are excluded, and 3rd and upper floors are to take over the current status of lease.

Article 3 (Lease Deposit)
