1. The Defendant’s KRW 17,960,015 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 5% from December 14, 2016 to December 6, 2018, and the following.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship 1) The Defendant is a company that performs the supervision business, etc. on the responsibility of the general construction and specialized construction works. The Defendant forms a joint subcontractor together with the case, Dong Engineering Co., Ltd., Dong Engineering Co., Ltd., and Leesan Co., Ltd., and entered into a supervision contract that is contracted by the Korea Rail Network Authority, the contracting authority, for “C” (hereinafter “instant supervision contract”) around July 2013.

2) On June 30, 2012, the Plaintiff, upon receiving the Defendant’s motion to leave the KRNA since 1988, signed and sealed the following year.

7.1. On August 1, 2016, when serving as a managing director who belongs to the Defendant’s supervisory business division, retired on August 1, 2016, the construction site of the instant construction site (hereinafter “instant construction site”) between July 17, 2013 and July 3, 2016.

B) The Plaintiff entered into an annual salary contract with the Defendant as a responsible supervisor and a head of the supervision group. (B) At the time of entry, the Plaintiff entered into an annual salary contract with the same content as the monthly salary of KRW 7,442,30, food 100, and vehicle maintenance expenses of KRW 150,000, totaling KRW 7,692,30, and monthly retirement allowances of KRW 7,692,40 (hereinafter “instant annual salary contract”) and the annual salary contract with the same content as March 31, 2013.

The main contents of the contract shall be as follows:

The employer shall take charge of the supervision of the work place of the plaintiff's employee and work in the workplace.

Provided, That if necessary for the conditions of business, the department may be converted in consultation with the employer, and workers shall comply therewith.

A position supervisor’s annual salary of KRW 7,692,300 in total, KRW 7,692,600 in total, KRW 7,692,40 in total, KRW 7,692,00 in retirement pay of KRW 7,692,00 in total, KRW 100 in total, KRW 100 in working hours per day (i.e., daily wage of KRW 00,000 in total) of KRW 7,442,300 in total, and working hours of KRW 100,00 in total (i.e., daily wage of KRW 00,000 through KRW 18:00 in total).
