Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:40 on November 11, 2013, the Defendant driven a 125cc Occ-cinbane without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of approximately 5km from the Daegu-gu Seocheon-dong Geum River pipeline front to the Pyeong-dong, Seogu, Seogu-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant was driving with no license.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of 125cc c. without any number plate as referred to in paragraph (1), and such c. shall not operate the c. c. c. on the road without mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above Oba in the date, time, and place mentioned in Paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant operated Oral Ba which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaged in driving 125 cc Oral in which no number plate as described in paragraph 1 is available.

The defendant, without obtaining a driver's license for temporary border as stated in paragraph (1), has driven the above 125cc Oral c., and has driven the intersection in front of the Western Elementary School in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, to drive the intersection in front of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance and not drive without a license by safely driving the driver according to the traffic signal to those engaged in driving of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to do so and neglected to change the vehicle progress signals to a stop signal without permission, and due to negligence in progress, the defendant received the front portion of the B driver's C driver's freight vehicle which was left left at the right side of the flat-distance from the flat-distance off to the right side of the Bupyeong-gu Public Security Center in front of the defendant's Oba.
