A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant was living together with C from March 2015 to February 2017, the Defendant was indicted as a case involving similar rape of disabled persons D and was tried by C, and C claimed sexual traffic in that trial, upon receiving a request from C to give testimony for his/her testimony through his/her leakage and his/her birth, he/she tried to give a false testimony corresponding to C’s assertion of sexual traffic.
