Criminal facts

Around 07:10 on March 29, 2016, the Defendant was disputing with the president of the singing plaza within the “C” in the member-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Ansan-si, a member B, and the victim D, who is another customer, and the room room in which his conduct is being used, and entered the building together with the victim D and the room room in which his conduct was being used.
