Defendant
A around January 28, 2016, a person who was elected as a candidate for the chief executive officer in the election of the head of the H Saemaul Fund (hereinafter referred to as the “H Saemaul Fund”) implemented in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G (hereinafter referred to as the “H Saemaul Fund”). Defendant B is a representative of the eight members belonging to the eight districts of HH Saemaul Fund. The 115 representatives belonging to H Saemaul Fund were elected respectively by one chairperson and one vice-chairperson, seven directors, and two auditors.
1. On January 22, 2016, Defendant A, who was aware of at least 6:00 on January 16, 2016, at the Defendant’s residence located in Ulsan-gu I, Ulsan-gu, with the intention of offering part of the above 2 million won to H Saemaul Fund members and requesting support to Defendant A while offering money to the 8 electoral representatives since 8 electoral districts belong to 8 electoral districts and she will not be able to take a hand.
