A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the mother of victimized child B (n, C), D (E), F (n, G).

No person shall abandon a child under his/her protection and supervision, or neglect the basic protection, rearing, medical treatment and education, including food, clothing and shelter.

1. On March 14, 2007, the Defendant neglected education for victimized children by September 10, 2017, in a manner that, without any special reason, the victimized children B transferred from “I elementary school” located in H to another elementary school during the Ansan-si period during which the victimized children were enrolled, without having the victimized children enter the middle school at around 2012, and had the victimized children continuously live in the middle school without having them enter the high school at around 2015.

2. The Defendant, despite having given birth of the victimized child D in a trade name in the part of Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, E, was unable to receive basic medical benefits and kindergarten education by failing to report the birth of the victimized child until June 2017. On January 2011, the Defendant neglected to provide the victimized child to an elementary school and neglected to provide the victimized child to a middle school by not entering the middle school.

3. The Defendant neglected the treatment, education, etc. of the victims by failing to report the birth of victimized children until June 2017, even though he/she given birth to F of the victimized children within the mutual incompetence room at G G G police stations, thereby neglecting the treatment, education, etc. of the victims by failing to receive basic medical benefits and kindergarten education.
