A Imprisonment for eight months, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 5,00,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 7,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. From the beginning of October 2019 to the end of December of the same year, the Defendant: (a) leased 6 units of D Building E, F, G, H heading, I, and Jho-gu; (b) posted a commercial sex advertisement with the trade name of “L” on the website, such as “K; and (c) provided, from the many unspecified number of men having contacted, with the said number of men receiving KRW 8 to 240,000 from the commercial sex acts and arranging to have sexual intercourse with the said number of women in sexual traffic, by guiding them to an officetel where they are waiting for employees participating in sexual traffic.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant A and the Defendants conspired to operate a sexual traffic business establishment by leasing an officetel together with the Defendants, and according to the above public offering, Defendant A and the Defendants leased the officetel prior to December 27, 2019 to July 27, 2020.

D. The six rooms of officetels were taken over and provided as commercial sex acts, and the defendant B operated commercial sex acts establishments with the trade name of "L" by adding the same officetels M and N.

In operating the above commercial sex acts, Defendant A provided the above officetels and the beds and fixtures kept in the place, recruited and supervised the employees engaged in commercial sex acts, supervised Defendant B. Defendant B added an officetel as the head of the above commercial sex acts establishment, posted a commercial sex acts advertisement posted on the Internet publicity site, such as “O,” and arranged the commercial sex acts to pay 8 to 240,000 won for the commercial sex acts, and to arrange the commercial sex acts relations with employees engaged in commercial sex acts by guiding an officetel who are in the presence of the employees engaged in commercial sex acts after receiving the phone calls from an unspecified number of men who reported and contacted commercial sex acts.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
