Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of 8 million won, by imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months and by a fine of 8 million won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2017 Godan 4180 - Defendant A had worked as the head of office at a place where sexual traffic business establishments are operated under the trade name of "E", and the Defendant and the male were gathered to operate sexual traffic business establishments.
The Defendant: (a) from May 15, 2017 to December 29, 2017, the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Fteltel 1613, 2013, and (b) Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Gtel 812; (c) the Defendant kept materials necessary for commercial sex acts, such as marina, diesel, diesel, and water shoot, and (d) posted the key, age, body weight, physical characteristics, etc. of female employees, such as “I”, on the Internet commercial sex acts information site; and (e) instructed female employees waiting in the above officetel to guide male customers, who were waiting in the above officetel, by having them receive KRW 110,00 to 20,000 from male customers, and caused them to interfere with the act of interference with male customers by impairing their sexual organ by hand and by entering the same.
Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
Defendant B and Defendant B are persons operating sexual traffic establishments under the trade name of “E”, and the joint Defendant J is working for the head of the said sexual traffic establishment. The joint Defendant J is working for the head of the said establishment.
Upon the arrest of A, A, who works as the head of the office at the above establishment on behalf of A, and the Defendants were willing to operate the sexual traffic business against men.

B Leaseing from May 15, 2017 to June 19, 2017, Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ftel 1613 and 2013 and Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gtel 812, each of which is necessary for commercial sex acts, such as mast diesel, diesel, diesel, and water shoot, and the J shall keep the goods necessary for commercial sex acts.
