Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From April 16, 2016, the Defendant is a full-time director (executive officer) who is in charge of disclosing information about B housing reconstruction improvement projects from April 16, 2016, and C is a person appointed as the head of the association of the said projects on August 27, 2017 while serving as the chairperson of the promotion committee of the said improvement projects from around 2012.

The chairperson of the promotion committee or a project implementer (referring to the partnership's officers including the liquidator in cases of a partnership, and the representative in cases of a redevelopment project implemented independently by the owners of land, etc.) shall make public the documents and related data concerning the implementation of a rearrangement project within 15 days in parallel with the Internet to make them known to the association members, the land owners or tenants.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. Around December 23, 2016, even if the fifth board of directors meeting of the above rearrangement project was held, documents were not disclosed within 15 days by posting the meeting minutes of the board of directors on the Internet homepage around January 10, 2017, as well as attached Table 1-1 (Minutes of the board of directors), the list of offenses 2-1 (in the case of the dispatch of the meeting minutes of the board of directors), the list of offenses Nos. 3-1 (in the case of the reception of multiple-gu office), the list of offenses Nos. 3-1 (in the case of the reception of several-time office), and the list No. 4 (in the case of monthly deposit and withdrawal), all relevant documents and relevant materials relating to the implementation of the rearrangement project were not disclosed within 15 days;

2. In collusion with C, even though a board of directors meeting was held on May 28, 2018, the minutes of the board of directors was posted on the Internet homepage around June 14, 2018 and did not disclose documents within 15 days by posting them on the Internet homepage as well as attached list 2-1 (Minutes of the board of directors), list 2-2 (the official document sent by a host-gu office), list 3-2 (the official document sent by a host-gu office), list 3-2 (the document sent by a host-gu office), list 5 (D-related documents) of the list of crimes, all documents and related materials pertaining to the implementation of the rearrangement project were not disclosed within 18 days in total.
