Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 10, 2015, the Defendant was elected as the president of the CHousing Reconstruction Project Association in Seo-gu, Gwangju around February 9, 2015, and was dismissed on February 2019 while serving as the president of the association after reporting the change of partnership officers around February 9, 2015.

1. The chairperson of the promotion committee, the chairperson of the promotion committee, or the project implementer (in cases of a partnership, the partnership's officers) shall simultaneously disclose the fact that the committee, the general meeting of residents, the board of directors of the partnership and the board of representatives, the minutes of the representatives' meeting concerning the implementation of the relevant improvement project, and the official documents concerning the implementation of the relevant improvement project, within 15 days after preparing or amending such documents, along with the Internet,

The Defendant, around March 2, 2018, received “Audit Report on External Accounting” from the Seo-gu Office of Gwangju, Seo-gu in 2017 at the above partnership office, but did not disclose it within 15 days by posting it on its website on April 2, 2018;

B. On May 29, 2018, a board of representatives was held at the foregoing partnership office and the minutes were prepared, but on August 22, 2018, 15 days have passed since the date of preparation, and it did not disclose it within 15 days by posting it on the partnership website;

C. On July 10, 2018, a board of directors was held at the foregoing partnership office and the minutes were prepared, but it was not disclosed within 15 days by posting them on the association website on August 22, 2018 after the lapse of 15 days from the date of preparation.

2. Where the chairperson of the promotion committee or the project implementer (in cases of a cooperative, its executives) requests the perusal or reproduction of documents and related data concerning the implementation of the rearrangement project to which the request for copying is rejected, such request shall be complied with within 15 days.

On January 11, 2018, the Defendant is related to the “documents related to the contract, including the statement of calculation of documents related to criminal prevention and immigration control tender,” and the selection of the goods removing company.
