A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

C After paying the operating funds of the E station in Sejong-si, H and G, the actual operation of the E station is delegated to F and G on a daily basis, and the sales status of the E station is finally acquired. F is the so-called “ player” (a person with knowledge and connection harming the sale of similar petroleum and without material) of the E station in the so-called E station industry, and is a manager of the K station for selling pseudo petroleum, including the above E station. G is also a person in charge of actual operation of the above E station under F’s direction. From February 2, 2012, Defendant A is an employee of the above E station, and Defendant A is in charge of the work of sending the business accounting books and the date of sale to F on a daily basis, and H is an employee of the above F, and I is an employee of the E station from around December 1, 201 to December 21, 201 to March 23, 2012.

1. No person who violates the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act shall manufacture, import or sell pseudo petroleum products, or store, transport, keep or use them with the knowledge that such products are pseudo petroleum products;

Nevertheless, from February 3, 2012 to April 3, 2012, Defendant A conspired with C, F, and G from around April 3, 2012, Defendant B manufactured and sold pseudo petroleum products mixed with K vehicle oil and light oil at each of the rates of 8:2 from around June 18, 2012 to around August 11, 201 to around April 201, by installing a mixed valve in the middle of the oil storage tank and oil storage tank, which is separate from the underground of the above oil station, and then, from April 2012 to around April 2012, the same year.

6. By the end of 18.18, transit will take place at the time of the start and end of oil supply by the automation system and intermediate.
