A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Seized light oil 4,730 liters (No. 2) shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant paid the operating funds of the D gas station in racing-si, and then delegated the actual operation of the above D gas station to E and F and finally acquired profits from the business.
