Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 26, 201, around 17:50 on November 26, 201, the Korean Democratic Union Federation (hereinafter “Korean Democratic Union Federation”), the former Democratic Labor Party, and the participating solidarity, which are composed of 300 organizations in the middle stairs of Sejong Culture Center located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, held a public campaign center for preventing the Korea-U.S. FTA (hereinafter “pan-state”) as the society of the National Assembly members, among 50 members of the National Assembly including 50 members, the National Assembly member proposed relief such as “the abolition of the Korea-U.S. FTA” and held a non-reported assembly.

At around 18:40 on the same day, the participants engaged in the assembly were prevented from working in around 19:55 on the same day as the participants in the assembly were increased by 2,000, and the participants were replaced by D with the main text of the crime.

The participants are divided into several groups, occupying the roads, occupying the lanes in the vicinity of the shooting distance, and eventually, from 21:30 on the same day, 2,200 participants occupy the whole way of proceeding of the assembly from 21:2,00 participants to the end of the remaining end of the luminous square, and hold an outdoor assembly and terminate the assembly at around 21:58 on the same day.

The Defendant participated in the above assembly on November 26, 201, and conspired with approximately 2,200 participants from around 20:32 to 21:51, thereby interfering with the traffic of the road along the ground by occupying three-way intersections as above.

2. On December 3, 2011, around 16:35, 201, an assembly participants, who completed “the launch of the power among the public and the private competition” in the Seoul Station, held a meeting against the ratification of the Korea-U.S. FTA again by approximately 2,000 persons.

At around 17:50 on the same day, the demonstration cost increased to approximately 2,500 persons, and the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-ro 1 moved to the intersection in front of the Young Pung Library, which is a place for which no report has been filed, occupied the road, occupied the road, and proceeded with the unreported assembly.
