Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months at the Suwon District Court due to a violation of the Labor Standards Act, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

[2015 Highly 828] The Defendant is an employer who ordinarily employs 10 full-time workers as an actual manager of G Bank H (formerly changed: I) in the fourth floor of G Bank in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The Defendant worked in the foregoing workplace from June 20, 2014 to August 8, 2014, and did not pay the employee J, K, L wages, and K retirement allowances within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement on extension of the due date, as shown in attached Table 1, as well as the amount of KRW 980,000 on July 2014 by the LaborJ, who retired from office (Provided, That the date of entry of 3K on August 16, 2013 is not “the date of entry of 3K” but “ August 26, 2013”), as indicated in attached Table 1.

[2016 high-level 767] The Defendant is an employer who runs an educational service business with 20 full-time workers employed among the actual managers of the N, 11th floor and P Institute during Ansan-si.

The Defendant, at the foregoing workplace, worked from September 1, 2014 to October 17, 2014 at the same workplace, and was retired workers Q’ wage of KRW 169,840 on September 9, 2014 and did not pay workers’ wages within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on extension of the due date for payment as shown in the attached Table 2 of the Crimes List 2.

A. On September 22, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol on September 22, 2015, 0.114% of blood alcohol level, driven approximately 700m from Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu to the same front road in U K5 vehicle level.

B. The Defendant against the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicle)

As stated in the paragraph, the action is proceeding along four-lanes (including bus medians) from the surface of the shooting distance in the private road as it is under the influence of alcohol level of 0.14%.

The course was changed to the three-lane on the front side of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
