Punishment of the crime
1. Fraud;
A. B. On May 13, 2016, the Defendant acquired SBI Savings Bank loans by asking B to use the mobile phone from the sales store in the trade name in the Daegu Suwon-gu Dosan-dong located, thereby obtaining the delivery of the core chips under B, and then making the victim SBI Savings Bank loans worth KRW 18 million as if the Defendant was B at the same place on the same day.
However, there was no consensus from B on the loan.
As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 18 million won from the injured party on the same day.
