A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 15, 2016, the Defendant requested the victim B, who had living together with his mother, to lend the title of the trucking transport business, purchased C cargo vehicles under the name of the victim, and thereafter registered the business in the name of the victim on June 15, 2016 and operated the said cargo vehicle.
The defendant, in order to use the cargo transport service in the name of the victim, was issued with a new welfare card, a new body cream card, a new cargo cream card, a Samsung Welfare Card, Samsung C&T card, etc. in the name of the victim, and sentenced him to use the credit card in the name of the victim as living expenses, etc. by obtaining an additional credit card in the name of the victim.

A. On July 2016, the Defendant shall apply for the additional issuance of K Cards in the name of the victim by telephone on July 1, 2016, even though he/she did not obtain the consent or consent from the victim B.
