Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 257"
1. The Defendants conspired with D to steal precious metal in collusion with the Defendants, while doing so as to purchase precious metal in the gold bank, and conspired to steal precious metal in such a way as to have the gap of surveillance neglected.
On February 18, 2014, the Defendants: (a) around 18:07, at the Gambane of the Victim F Management in the Daegu-gu Office E; (b) Defendant B and D waiting in the NFxa car to be used for the escape in front of the said Gamba, and reported on the network inside the said vehicle; and (c) Defendant A her driving in the same manner as the customer who purchased precious metals, with the 18 K goldbaging amounting to KRW 2,150,000 per market price, and KRW 2,030,000 per 18 K K goldbaging volume, and worn in the said trees and arms, and the victim gets out of the other place, and sold the said car by taking off the said vehicle.
As a result, the Defendants stolen another's property together with D.
2. On February 17, 2014, Defendant A’s violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) operated the said car without a driver’s license on three occasions as shown in the annexed crime list, including driving of a 100-distance INF station from the front side of the mobile phone agency located in the Gyeong-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, to the front side of the office of Defendant B located in the Busan Metropolitan City, and driving the said car without a driver’s license.

1. On January 16, 2014, Defendant A sent a false statement to the victim J who reported and contacted the above writing to 330,000 won of 'gallon LTE-Ablus' on the bulletin board. When Defendant A sent money to the victim J who reported and contacted, Defendant A sent the above product.
However, the defendant had no intention or ability to sell the above product from the beginning.
