A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the mixtures, such as Meteptopy (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), philopon, carpopon, etc. (one philopon; hereinafter “Blopon”) as follows.

A. On July 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased and traded phiphones from D (one name “F”) in front of the D (one name “F”) located in Jung-Eup Si, Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) 3.50,000 won in total; and (c) purchased and sold phiphones from E, with two as soon as the Defendant purchased phiphones from E with the volume of phiphones.

2) On April 2017, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 100,000 won of the instant purchase price on the penphone to I in front of the restaurant of the H regular off-type department G located in Jeong-si, Jung-si; (b) 10,000 won of the instant purchase price on the D street in front of the instant area located in Jung-si, Jung-si, the Defendant 1,000 won of the instant purchase price on the pen; and (c) 1,000 won of the instant purchase price on the D street in front of the instant area located in Jung-Eup.

Accordingly, the defendant traded philopon from E through I.

B. On January 1, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold 200,000 won to the “L” under the name “K”, which was introduced in front of the JJ building in Gunsan-si, Masan-si (J).

2) On January 3, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold 1.40,00 won to “K” on the street in front of the MM building in the Gunsan-si, Gunsan-si, and purchased and sold 2.0,000 won.

3) On May 5, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold 270,000 won to O (hereinafter “P”) at the Defendant’s house located in Young-gun N around 21:00 on May 5, 2018.
