Punishment of the crime

[20 Highest 5885] Defendants are not treated as a foreigner of the nationality of the Thailand.

1. Defendant A (one-person “D”)

A. On July 2020, the Defendant purchased 1.60,000 won to H (one-person “I”) in front of the E-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City E-gu (one-person, “F”) around 20:0,00 in order to the end of July 2020, the Defendant purchased 20,000 square meters in length of 0.1g from the other handphone.

From that time to October 2, 2020, the Defendant traded 18 times as indicated in Appendix 1-1, which is a combination of penphones and penphones and carbooks.

B. On November 3, 2020, around 18:55, the Defendant possessed philophones with approximately 2g of philophones and 12 of vinyls, which are contained by dividing into three plastic rophones and three plastic rophones, around November 3, 2020, the Defendant possessed 12.

Nevertheless, on September 30, 2014, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea as a qualification for exemption from a visa and stayed beyond the scope of the period of stay until he/she is arrested at the police around November 3, 2020.

2. Defendant B (one person, K)

A. On July 19, 2020, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones by 50,000 won to A from L Building M around 14:0 Linju, and purchased and sold philophones from it.

From that time, from November 1, 2020 to November 17, 2020, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones and campings over eight occasions, as shown in attached Table 2-1.

B. The Defendant has administered philophones.
