Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 21, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Busan District Court on August 9, 2006, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan District Court on August 20, 2006, and on October 20, 2006, the Busan District Court sentenced 4 months of imprisonment and 300,000 won of fine for fraud by using computers, etc. at the Busan District Court on October 20, 2006, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan District Court on December 7, 2006.
【Criminal Facts】
The Defendant, along with E, F, G, H, and I (hereinafter “I”), intended to make a profit distribution by collecting credit information from others and forging credit cards and purchasing forged credit cards.
Accordingly, E has conspired to take charge of the reproduction and management of credit cards by the Defendant, I, J, and F to provide first criminal expenses and purchase goods, H and G to take charge of the purchase and effication of goods.
1. The Defendant, in collusion with E, F, G, H, or I, violates the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act;
(a) no person may retain another person’s credit card information detected by fraud or other improper means, but around February 2008, by purchasing at USD 1,000 per 16, 16, information on credit card users from the foreign exchange bank, as shown in the Schedule of Offenses (1) in the same manner, as shown in the Schedule of Crimes (1);
