A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

To the defendant, the defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 16, 2019, the Defendant discovered the victim who had been enjoyed through the kitchen window in the first floor of the kitchen building where the victim C (n, 25 years of age) resides in around 06:50 on August 16, 2019, and brought the house by opening the kitchen window installed outside the window in his/her hands first before and after the year, while the Defendant discovered the Defendant, and the playing victim walked the window to the inside of the window to the inside of the opening of the window, opened the window inside the inside of the opening, and then opened the window inside the inside the inside of the opening of the window, and the victim again took the locking device of the window of the window in the direction of the kitchen, and then, he/she took the window in the front of the windows, such as the window going through the outside of the kitchen, after going through the outside of the kitchen.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence, and made a patently obscene act.

2. On August 17, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime from around 06:00 to around 06:08 of the same month, and committed a self-defensive act, such as shaking of one’s sexual organ, by entering a parking lot where the fence jointly managed by the occupants of the above studio building is installed, and a studio in the studio building, where the studio in which the victim E (n.e., female, 21 years old) resides, and by entering the studio, where the studio building occupants jointly manage, discovered the victim who was accumulated in the room through the 1st floor of the above studio.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence, and made a patently obscene act.

3. On August 18, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime on August 18, 2019, around 05:52, around the 18th day of the same month, committed self-defense by having discovered that the victim was able to wear and enjoy only clothes in his/her ward, and entering the kitchen through the open kitchen window.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence, and made a patently obscene act.
