A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The evidence of seizure Nos. 1 and 2 shall be returned to the person who has lost his/her name.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 13, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery and one year and six months at the Suwon District Court on April 13, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Chuncheon Prison on August 15, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;

A. On September 2, 2015, at around 14:00, the Defendant opened a entrance door and intruded with the key on the front door of the entrance, while living in the victim’s name in an influent room located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H below H, and carried six cigarette of “d' tobacco” in an amount equivalent to KRW 240,000 in the market price of the inner harassment.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the residence of the victims, and stolen the property owned by the victims.

2. A thief and a criminal defendant who did not have attempted larceny on September 2, 2015, around 13:30, 2015. Around September 2, 2015, he/she removed the kitchen window from the house of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and 102, and colors the house, but he/she failed to discover money and valuables, and failed to do so.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence, and attempted to steal the property owned by the victim.
