B. At around 09:00 on October 19, 2013, the Defendant was employed as a delivery employee of the J-cafeteria operated by the victim I in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and embezzled by using the said cash, etc. for personal purposes, such as living expenses, at around 19:00 on the same day, at around 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant was engaged in food delivery and collection.
