Reasons
In light of the above legal principles, the Plaintiff’s assertion on the purchase of building E and the preparation of the power of representation under Articles 125 and 126 of the Civil Act, and the Plaintiff’s assertion on the acceptance of the Plaintiff’s assertion on the power of representation under the following, the Plaintiff’s assertion on the power of representation and the ratification of the power of representation are not separately examined. (B) 1) Defendant’s purchase of building E and the preparation of the power of representation under Article 125 and Article 126 of the Civil Act. The Defendant purchased the building E and the building A, a building on the land and the ground of A on October 26, 2005.
On November 3, 2005, the defendant prepared and sent to C the power of attorney on November 3, 2005, a letter of delegation stating the following contents related to the lease of 19 households (studio) of E building A.
At the bottom of the power of attorney, the address, name, telephone number of the defendant himself/herself, and the address, name, resident registration number, and telephone number of the defendant in the column, and the seal imprint of the defendant and C are affixed respectively.
The defendant issued a certificate of personal seal impression to C around that time.
In order to delegate all the contractual acts related to the lease of each household to the above building as agent, the above * the authorized person (man) G of the building - Address H apartment 107 Dong 402 - Name C, as agent, will affix a seal imprint attached to the seal imprint.
