A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated the hemp as follows:

1. Around May 2018, the Defendant traded marijuana by paying approximately KRW 1 million to the wounded in the scarcity and delivering approximately 100,000 to approximately 103.25g (No. 1) of marijuana.

2. From May 2018 to April 11:45, 2019, the Defendant possessed marijuana, by inserting approximately 103.25g of marijuana purchased as stipulated in the above paragraph (1), into an original plastic box for smoking, and possessing a female marijuana.

3. Smoking marijuana;

A. On January 2019, the Defendant: (a) set up a Category B car operated by the Defendant on the roads near the Han-ri-dong at the time near the Han-ri-dong at the lower time; and (b) smoked by taking a quantity appropriate for smoking once among the above marijuana possessed by the string line of the car; and (c) putting the packing materials inside the cigarette at a string line (No. 2) of the said marijuana, into a string line (No. 2).

B. On April 1, 2019, around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) set up and set up a Mati car operated by the Defendant on the road near the Sincheon-si, and (b) smoked by taking a quantity appropriate for smoking once out of the said marijuana possessed by the vehicle string, into a string zone that made it possible for the Defendant to put the packing materials inside the cigarette out of the said marijuana into a string zone that made it possible for him to smoke.
