1. The defendant's KRW 1,00,000 per annum against each of the plaintiffs and 5% per annum from August 19, 2020 to December 1, 2020.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 21, 2017, Plaintiff A acquired ownership of the 12nd floor E (hereinafter “instant officetel E”) of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu D Building (hereinafter “instant Officetel”), and Plaintiff B resided with Plaintiff A’s Dongs together with Plaintiff A, and the Defendant purchased the 13th floor F No. 13th floor of the instant officetel (hereinafter “instant officetel F”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 19, 2017.

B. After moving into the instant officetel E, Plaintiff A demanded the Defendant to pay attention to inter-floor noise, and the living room was built during the period of building the living room. The Defendant returned the living room due to the existence of another living room.
