A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment due to the violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, the Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.), and the assault crime, etc. at the Daegu High Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 16, 2015.

1. On April 23, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Injury, etc.) stated that the Defendant was sentenced to an injury to the victim AB (the age of 49) located in the Daegu-gu Z on the street before the “AA Hospital” in Daegu-gu Z on April 23, 2016.
