1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 500,000 for each of the Plaintiffs, and as to this, from November 1, 2018 to December 1, 2020.

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff A purchased the 13rd floor G (hereinafter “instant officetel G”) of the F Building of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant officetel”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 19, 2017. Plaintiff B’s wife and Plaintiff C’s children.

The Plaintiffs resided in the said G from April 17, 2017 to January 28, 2019.

B. Defendant D is the owner of the 12th floor H of the instant officetel (hereinafter “instant officetel H”), and Defendant E was the same as Defendant D’s Dong living together with Defendant D.

C. After moving into the instant officetel H, Defendant D also demanded the Plaintiffs to pay attention to inter-floor noise, Defendant D also left the living room building on the ground that there is another living room building. The Plaintiff A returned the living room building on the ground that there is another living room building.

Meanwhile, Plaintiff A owned a number of vehicles, and Plaintiff A could not park the Plaintiff-owned vehicle in the mechanical parking lot of the instant officetel, and had conflict with the instant officetel residents, including the Defendants, on the grounds that the said Plaintiff-owned vehicle was parked in the parking lot for disabled persons, including the aforementioned vehicle, and the location of the bicycle storage, recycling storage, etc.

E. On September 12, 2018, Defendant D found the Plaintiffs’ house on the ground of inter-floor noise between new walls at three times on September 12, 2018. The Plaintiff reported Defendant D’s unauthorized intrusion to the police and dispatched the police officer.

F. On September 16, 2018, Plaintiff A, B, and Defendants participated in an open meeting of the residents in the “Jain shop” nearby the I.S. Bupyeong-gu Incheon, and the said resident conference also experienced extreme conflicts between Plaintiff A and Defendant D.

G. Defendant D, from October 8, 2018 to October 01, 2018, 201: (a) from around 01:00 to around 01:00 on October 12, 2018, Defendant D generated slurd music and vibration by linking with various units of computers at Defendant D’s residential premises.

H. With respect to the acts described in the above paragraph (g) of October 16, 2018, Plaintiff A is Defendant D.
