A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

1. Rape;

A. On October 19, 2014, the Defendant contacted the Victim F (F) who was aware of another person’s introduction prior to around 23:00, and was fright to a pro-Japanese wave. On October 20, 2014, the Defendant fright to contact with the victim F (F (F) who was 31 years of age) and fright to a pro-Japanese wave. The defendant, even though the victim refused to have sexual intercourse with the defendant, he tried to get his body off the victim's panty, and to put his sexual organ into the part of the victim's panty, and when the victim gets tight and resisted the victim's hand, the victim's bridge cannot be set up and resisted with his own bridge.
