A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

On February 20, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim to the workplace in which the said victim was working; (b) 103 of the HA building in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (c) took the victim’s bath while gathering alcohol to the victim; (d) forced the victim’s clothes at around 01:00 on the following day; and (c) threatened the victim with the victim’s clothes on the part of the bed; and (d) threatened the victim “on the part of the bed, hing off the bed,” and “on the part of the victim, hing the victim’s face at one time, so that the victim could not resist; and (d) sexual intercourse with the victim once.
