A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The thief Defendant was working in an E-cafeteria near the D Factory operated by the victim C while discovering a yellow-type mold in the factory while delivering food to the aforementioned factory, and committed a theft of the gap without employees in the factory.

On November 4, 2014, around 08:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim C’s factory located in Macheon-si F with a cresh door, which had no people at the above factory; (b) and (c) took a yellow-type mold, which was owned by the victim, with a yellow-type mold 1:2 sets in the factory.

In addition, from early September 2014 to the above temporary date, the Defendant committed theft with a total of eight million market values of the 8,000,000,000 won, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 1, on eight occasions during the period from September 1, 2014.

2. On November 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) considered that there was no employee working at the victim C’s factory at the D factory operated by the victim C, Inc., Ltd., in Spocheon-si, Spocheon-si; (b) concluded that there was no employee working at the victim’s factory at Sundays; (c) entered the factory; (d) opened an open factory; and (d) attempted to enter the factory with a yellow-type framework; and (e) failed to turn on the employees of the factory.

3. Intrusion a structure;

A. On November 2, 2014, around 09:00, the Defendant opened an open door for the purpose of cutting off the yellow-type mold from the victim C’s operation, which was located in Macheon-si F, and intruded into the structure managed by the victim by intrusioning inside the factory.

B. At around 08:00 on November 4, 2014, the Defendant opened an open door for the purpose of cutting off the yellow-type mold at the same place as the above 3-A at the D factory operated by the victim, and intruded into the structure managed by the victim by intrusioning inside the factory.
