Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the defendants are above two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

A. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (ASM7 driver’s license) is a person who is engaged in driving a DSM7 car owned by A.
