A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant, while serving as an employee in E in a dormitory located in the said company as an employee of the victim D during Kimhae-si, was willing to steal the iron plates and scrap iron in the factory with an opportunity to leave the employees and make the Defendant congested.
On March 1, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant landed from the above dormitory and cut off all of the factory CCTVs, and stolen the scrap metal of approximately KRW 1.2 million in the market price owned by the victim in the factory using caters, which was loaded on the F1 ton truck in that place.
From that time to October 26, 2013, the Defendant thefted iron plates or scrap metal worth KRW 21,270,000, total market prices owned by the said victim four times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
2. Larceny and intrusion upon a structure;
A. On August 15, 2013, when the Defendant was temporarily on leave of absence, the Defendant stolen the property from the above place and intruded into the factory marina. On the same day, around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant was waiting for the dormitory, confirmed that all employees left the room, and confirmed the CCTV cut off in the factory, and loaded approximately KRW 8,571kg of the total market value of KRW 8,571k, which was 8,571k, on the truck of f1 ton, which was located in the relevant place by rick.
B. On September 14, 2013, at around 15:00, the Defendant intruded into the foregoing factory by the same method, and, at around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant took a theft by dividing the sum of 10,571km of the steel board (60m thickness) and the sum of 10,571km of the iron board (70m thickness) in the factory, into the F1 ton truck and G5 ton truck, each of which was loaded at around 18:50,00 in the same manner.
