A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

468,296,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Criminal facts

On October 27, 2006, the Daejeon High Court sentenced the Defendant to four years of imprisonment for rape and the violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 30, 2010.

1. Although anyone violating the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act was prohibited from manufacturing, importing, storing, transporting, storing, or selling fake petroleum products, the Defendant conspired to manufacture and sell fake petroleum products in combination with H and I working as a driver of the vehicle with the Defendant’s wife and (ju) F, together with I working as a driver of the vehicle with the Defendant’s wife and the tank crori vehicle.

2. Until December 21, 201, six gas stations, etc. sold fake petroleum products totaling of 286,00 liters (total sales amount of KRW 468,296,00) on 23 occasions.
