Punishment of the crime

No person shall transport petroleum products for the purpose of making them manufacture or use a fake petroleum product.

1. Defendant A is a driver of an I tank-based vehicle.

On June 25, 2015, the Defendant received an instruction from K to transport “HLBD (Intermediate petroleum intermediate products before being determined via transit)”, which is a petroleum product to be used as a raw material for fake petroleum products, from K, to a factory manufacturing fake petroleum products, and transported the said “HLBD” petroleum product 31,357 liters in the storage tank, which was stored in the storage tank, to the said tank Crori vehicle, as well as transporting it from December 22, 2012 to October 15, 2015, as indicated in the attached Table 294, from around December 22, 2012 to October 29, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant transported petroleum products for the purpose of manufacturing and using them as fake petroleum products.

2. Defendant B is a driver of a N tank-based vehicle.

The Defendant, at around July 5, 2015, under the direction of K to request the transport of “HBD”, which is a petroleum product to be used as a raw material for fake petroleum, to a factory manufacturing fake petroleum products, and transported the said “HLBD” petroleum product 31,321 liter into the said tank croke vehicle, which was stored in the storage tank, on the said tank 31,321 liter, from around September 14, 2012 to October 14, 2015, and transported the said “HBD” petroleum product 316 times in total, as in the list of crimes, from around September 14, 2012 to around October 14, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant transported petroleum products for the purpose of manufacturing and using them as fake petroleum products.

3. Defendant C is a driver of an O tank-based vehicle.
