Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any motor vehicle other than those as prescribed by the Presidential Decree, on any road.

Nevertheless, around 14:00 on August 6, 2014, the Defendant operated 125 cc. Oralabs without mandatory insurance on the front road of Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu.
