Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is driving with a license for a motorcycleless SYM guide No. 125cc.

1. On June 16, 2013, the Defendant driven a SYM guide No. 125 cc. Maobababababababa, 125 cc., from the front road of 73-36, 154, Gocheon-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, without a license for a motorcycle at around 14:40, 2013.

2. The holder of ozone layers shall subscribe to the mandatory insurance liable for paying a certain amount of money to the victims if he/she dies or is injured by any other person due to the operation of ozones, and shall not operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by the mandatory insurance on the road.

Nevertheless, at around 14:40 on June 16, 2013, the Defendant driven the above oba, where approximately 15 km distance from the front road of 73-36, Yancheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2013 to the front road of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.
