Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance for motor vehicles on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 13:43 on March 7, 2012, the Defendant driven a B low-priced vehicle that was not covered by the mandatory insurance of motor vehicles on the road located in the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu.
