A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 31, 2018, the thief Defendant and the victim B were in the same residence as the victim’s residence, even after he/she had been employed, from January 2017 to June 2018.

On October 31, 2018, at around 19:30 on October 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the secret number identified in advance by the victim’s taking advantage of the gaps in the shower room; (b) saved under the victim’s personal safe room; (c) concealed the amount of KRW 40 million in cash in the victim’s possession; and (d) concealed the gold 10 K 10 billion under the part of the victim’s possession in the inner cremation room; and (e) concealed one gold b4 K 10 billion under the part of the above beer 21:0 on the same day after the victim went to work at around 21:0 on the same day.

As a result, the Defendant stolen one of the above 1,720,000 won and the total market value of 40,000 won and 2,720,000 won, which are owned by the victim.

2. On March 19, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 10:15, 2020, thiefeded on the Gorse stores managed by the victim F in Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (b) on March 19, 202, on the part of the victim F, the Defendant she had 2 sandd positions in the victim’s management, 2 drinking water, 2 drinking water, and 1 cupbed shopping bags prepared in advance.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen property, such as sandbrid location, which is equivalent to 15,000 won in total of the market price of the victim management.

3. On March 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30 on March 20, 2020, thief was placed in the same place as Paragraph (1); (b) around 20:30 on the part of the victim’s management in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) on the part of the victim’s management in which the victim’s supervision was displayed, the Defendant carried out 1, 2, 2, drinking water, 2, 1, 1, and 1, a single water reservoir prepared in advance.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property such as 15,600 won in total in the market price of the victim management.
