Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, along with D, E, F, and G, from around 22:00 on May 20, 2010 to around 06:00 of the following day, 4 cards per capita-type offices located adjacent to the Gyeonggi-si H convenience store using 52 card, starting from the first 10,000 won, up to three times every time he/she receives Chapter 1 card, and 1/2 of the sales amount is different in the form of four remaining cards, and the number of persons with low numbers was 8 hours in the form of “bine”, and from May 14, 2010 to June 2, 2010, the total amount of KRW 90,500,000 from May 14, 2010, to June 2, 2010.

2. On August 30, 2012, Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act in the Daejeon District Court’s Branch of the Incheon District Court for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry. The said judgment became final and conclusive on September 7, 2012.

On May 22, 2011, in the office of "J" operated by the Defendant located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and from the account (Account Number: M) opened in the name of the Defendant to the bank account in the name of the Defendant, K transferred one million won to the bank account (O) in the name of the Defendant, which is a private bank account in the name of the Defendant, from the community credit cooperatives (Account Number: M) in the name of the Defendant. On July 2, 201, the government carried out gambling using 6,00,000 won for each racing opened on the site and 1,000 cam (COIN) from the site.
