A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

A. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) is a person engaging in driving a car B K5 car.

On November 30, 2019, at around 05:02, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.087% without a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, and led D front roads located in C at the regular Eup/Myeon of the E elementary school to the width of the bridge from the bridge of the E elementary school.

B. Around June 13, 2019, the Defendant had been sentenced to a fine of KRW 3.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) or a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) in the Jeonju District Court’s Seoul District Court’s branch office around June 13, 2019.

As described in paragraph (1), the above K5 car was operated from the front of the “H cafeteria” road located in Jung in Jung-Eup to the front parking lot of the J Jong-si, in the state of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.087% without a car driver’s license.
